Process and Approach

For the past couple months I have really wanted to develop a site that utilized page transitions and incorporated micro interactions. Teaming up with Robert, who was equally as excited to explore these concepts, we decided to take an interaction first approach. This meant that we needed to determine a method on how a page would enter and exit from view, as well as how these interactions would affect the layout of the page. This process required a lot of back and forth between design and code in order to determined what was possible with code and what wasn't. After spending many hours sitting down together, tweaking design and code in the Google Chrome developer tools, Robert and I were able to create a very polished and clean site that is exciting to browse.
